Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event Organizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for planning and executing a variety of events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties. As an Event Organizer at Refah Hotel, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of events, from initial client meetings to final execution, ensuring that each event is a success.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize events according to clients' needs and hotel standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and hotel staff to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics.
  • Oversee the setup, operation, and breakdown of events.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
  • Handle any issues that arise during events promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Event Organizer or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of event management software and MS Office.
  • A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
