Refah Hotel is looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. If you have a keen eye for detail and take pride in creating a welcoming environment for guests, we invite you to be part of our dynamic housekeeping team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to the hotel’s high standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish amenities as needed.
• Ensure all rooms and public areas are properly sanitized and well-maintained.
• Report any maintenance issues or room damages to the management team.
• Provide exceptional service by responding to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
